Does the hotel have a minimum age to reserve?
To be able to reserve you must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. You will be asked for an ID at the time of Check-In.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel areas?
Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and subject to a charge of $ 250 dollars for smoking inside the rooms or areas of the hotel.
Does the San Geronimo Hotel have parking available?
Unfortunately, we still do not have a parking service, but close to us you can find a lot available with a daily price.
Do you have Wi-Fi available?
We have high-speed internet available for all our guests, make sure you receive the password with our Front Desk team.
Is El San Geronimo Hotel pet-friendly?
El San Geronimo Hotel does not allow pets, but we do allow service dogs established by the American Disability Act (ADA).
How close are you to the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport?
The San Geronimo Hotel is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport.
Do you offer any kind of breakfast at the hotel?
Yes, we have a continental breakfast service available until 10:00 am with coffee and tea, juices, cereal, bagels, cream cheese and other options available.
Check-In and Check-Out
What are the Check-In and Check-Out hours?
Check-In starts at 3:00 pm and Check-Out is available until 12:00 noon
Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?
It all depends on the availability of rooms. If the room is ready for your arrival, it can be offered to you, subject to an additional charge. As with Check-Out later than 12:00 pm, it is subject to availability and is subject to an additional charge.
What do I need when I Check-In?
At the time of Check-In, you must present:
A photo ID (driver's license or passport)
A credit or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo
Will there be a hold on my card?
The card that you provide at the time of your arrival will have a retention of $100 dollars during your stay, this amount will be returned at the end of your stay. It may take 3-5 days after your stay to be reflected in your account again.
Does El San Geronimo Hotel have luggage storage?
The San Geronimo Hotel has space to store your luggage if you still have some time to experience Puerto Rico or you are waiting for your room. Ask our Front Desk team.
What are the rooms capacities?
The capacity of our rooms are:
Standard Queen Room: two (2) people
Deluxe Queen Room with Sofa Bed: four (4) people
Deluxe Queen Room: four (4) people
Executive Double Queen Suite: four (4) people
Are additional people allowed in the rooms?
To allow access to more people in the room, it has a cost of $ 50 per person per night plus taxes. This charge will be placed on the card in the reservation.
Do you have ADA rooms available?
Yes, we have our Standard Queen Rooms available for people with disabilities. It is important to notify and reserve this option when making the reservation.
Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?
At the moment we do not offer this service of additional beds, but if you need a crib for babies, notify the front desk at least 48 hours in advance through firstname.lastname@example.org
Do the rooms have balconies or terraces?
Our rooms do not have terraces or balconies, but some do have views of the main avenue.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must notify it 72 hours in advance for the refund of the deposit of the first night plus tax. If it is within 72 hours, it will not be refundable.
Likewise, if you cancel a reservation with a "non-refundable" price, a refund cannot be granted.

First Night Deposit
The San Geronimo Hotel requires at the time of booking to make a deposit of the first night plus taxes for all reservations. This deposit is applied to the total of the stay, so at the time of check-in you will be paying the remaining balance.
If you wish to make a modification to your reservation made directly with us, you can contact us by phone or email. If your reservation was made on another platform outside the hotel, you must contact the platform to make the possible modifications.
Are there restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation in Puerto Rico?
